One of my favorite things about Track 29 is the sophisticated outdoor architectural lighting. Each fixture seems to be well thought out, adding a sense of drama to the exterior and landscaping. The Louis Paulsen pole light is a definite standout as is the custom directional signage. This is such an afterthought on so many other residential projects. It is refreshing to see this new level of sensitivity. I encourage you to drive by the site at dusk to see the magic that can be created with thoughtful lighting.
